Yes! The Sandbox plan is free with no time limit and needs no credit card. Paid plans start at $47/month and bill immediately when you upgrade — there is no separate trial period. Upgrade to unlock advanced features like Business Intelligence and Multi-Agent AI Analysis. No credit card required for the free tier.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise invoicing is available — contact us to set it up.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We'll prorate any differences.

If you approach your plan limits, we'll notify you via email. You can either upgrade to a higher tier or purchase additional capacity. We never automatically charge for overages without your consent. If you hit your limit, processing will pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. The exact warning thresholds and what happens at each one are on the how credits work page — that page is the source of truth for credit behaviour, so this answer links to it rather than restating it.

You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active through the end of the billing period and never auto-renews after cancellation. If something isn't working for you, contact support and we'll make it right; refunds are handled case by case.

AI agent is our advanced multi-agent AI system using multiple specialized AI agents working together. Each agent has expertise in specific areas (legal analysis, financial review, entity extraction), and they collaborate to deliver more accurate and comprehensive analysis than a single AI model. This cross-validation approach delivers more reliable results on complex document analysis tasks.

Yes! You can connect your own API keys for the integrations available in the API Marketplace. This gives you full control over AI usage and costs. Your API keys are encrypted and stored securely. You can also use our included credits if you prefer simpler billing.

Yes! We offer a comprehensive REST API for all platform features. Business and Enterprise plans include API access with full documentation, SDK support, and webhook integrations. You can automate document processing, integrate with your workflows, and build custom applications on top of NeuroGen.

Per-file uploads are 10MB on the free plan and up to 96MB per file on paid plans. Larger datasets can be processed in batches, and Enterprise customers can contact us about custom limits.

Processing time depends on file size and complexity. Typical times:

• Small documents (under 1MB): 2 to 5 seconds
• Medium documents (1 to 10MB): 10 to 30 seconds
• Large documents (10 to 100MB): 1 to 5 minutes
• Very large files (100MB+): 5 to 15 minutes

AI analysis (Business Intelligence, Legal Discovery) may take additional time depending on document complexity.

We achieved a 100/100 security score in our latest audit.

Temporary processed files are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Files saved to your account storage remain until you delete them or close your account. You can configure automatic deletion policies in account settings. We never use your content to train AI models.

We honor GDPR & CCPA data rights. You can export your data at any time, request deletion, and we maintain full audit logs. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available for business customers on request. Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States.
