Program Overview

NeuroGen (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers an optional SMS notification program to users who register on our platform at neurogen.cc. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box during registration, you consent to receive text messages from NeuroGen.

Consent is entirely voluntary. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from NeuroGen. You may use our platform without providing a phone number.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from NeuroGen by:

  • Providing your mobile phone number during account registration at neurogen.cc/auth/register
  • Checking the SMS consent checkbox that reads: “I agree to receive SMS notifications from NeuroGen including account alerts, appointment reminders, and service updates.”

Your consent is recorded with a timestamp and your IP address for compliance purposes.

Types of Messages

If you opt in, you may receive the following types of text messages:

Account Alerts
Security notifications, login alerts, password resets
“NeuroGen: A new login was detected on your account. If this wasn’t you, secure your account now.”
Reminders
Scheduled event and meeting reminders
“Hi John, this is NeuroGen. Your appointment is confirmed for tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Service Updates
Platform updates, feature announcements, billing alerts
“NeuroGen: Your monthly subscription has been renewed. View details at neurogen.cc.”
Follow-Ups
Responses from AI agents or customer support
“NeuroGen: Your document processing is complete. View results at neurogen.cc.”

Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typical users receive 1 to 10 messages per month. You will never receive more than 5 messages per day.

Message and data rates may apply. NeuroGen does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

STOP

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe instantly. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

  • Updating your notification preferences in your NeuroGen account settings

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. NeuroGen and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent information are stored securely and used only for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.

SMS message content and delivery records are retained for 90 days for service quality and compliance purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by SMS or email before the changes take effect.
